Questions

Can I go on a padel holiday as a complete beginner?

Yes. Look for trips that state a beginner level and group courts by level. A UK clinic or weekend first is a cheap way to learn the basics.

How many hours of padel should a beginner play on holiday?

Around 8–12 hours over a short break is plenty. More than that and tired arms and legs start to hold you back.
